John Epp serves as General Counsel. Earlier in his career, John served the people of the Cayman Islands as the Deputy Director of the Law School, the first Complaints Commissioner, and an attorney-at-law. John has published important commentaries in the leading legal journals and served the community through the Rotary Service Club and the Soup Kitchen at Elmslie United Church. John earned his PH.D. in law from the University of Liverpool in 2001.
