OFREG IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULATING ICT, ENERGY, FUEL AND WATER SERVICES WITHIN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS.
Liberalisation and competition within these sectors can bring many benefits to consumers such as lower prices, a wider range of services on offer, more providers to choose from and better customer service.
To help inform consumers on how to choose services that best fit their needs, checking billing, etc. the Office has set-up this webpage which provides guidance on various consumer issues.
