The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (‘OfReg’) advises the public it will be relocating from Alissta Towers to 3rd Floor Monaco Towers II, located at # 11 Dr Roy’s Drive, George Town. The move will take place between Friday, 3rd December and Friday 10th December. During this time the public is encouraged to use our online services.

The Utility Regulation and Competition Office ('OfReg' or the 'Office') is the independent regulator established by section 4 of the Utility Regulation and Competition Act (as revised) (the 'URC Act') for the electricity, information, and communications technology, water, wastewater, and fuel sectors in the Cayman Islands.
