Proposed Emergency Notification System (ENS)

The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (‘OfReg’) published Discussion Paper 2018-001 ICT for a Proposed Emergency Notification System (ENS) on 6th March 2018. All responses had to be submitted to OfReg by 5:00 pm on 6th April 2018 at the latest. OfReg committed to publish any responses received on its website by 5:00 pm on 27th April 2018.
This notice serves to notify interested parties that no responses to the discussion paper were received by the above-mentioned deadline.
The Office will, therefore, continue with its’ plans to publish a decision regarding the proposed ENS design and implementation by the end of the second quarter of 2018 (30th June 2018).
